Positions Announced:

1. Project Director

Minimum B.Sc. Engineering (Civil), preferably Masters, or an Equivalent degree recognized from HEC Minimum 10-15 years experience for civil works/construction especially in hospital buildings including planning, scheduling, optimized resource estimation and assignment, monitoring, periodic reviews of project progress, updating and control, compiling of technical reports and consultation with the consultant, contractor on behalf of senior management and having good interpersonal skills and communication.

2. Deputy Project Director

Minimum B.Sc. Engg. (Electrical/ Mechanical) or an Equivalent degree recognized from HEC. Minimum 07 years experience for electrical/mechanical works in construction especially in hospital buildings including planning, scheduling, optimized resource estimation and assignment, monitoring, periodic reviews of project progress, updating and control, compiling of technical reports, and consultation with the consultant, contractor on behalf of senior management and having good interpersonal skills and communication.

3. Civil Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification recognized by PEC. 10 years experience in reputed engineering firms, Development Planning, and dealing projects. He will work under the supervision of the Project Director/ Deputy Project Director. He will supervise/ monitor the civil engineering works of the projects. He will coordinate in preparation of PC-Is, SOPs, tendering, Design, Drawings, BOQs, liaison with the contractor/ consultant. He will submit a progress report to seniors. He will attend the meetings of the projects.

4. Accountant

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance/MBA-Finance from a reputed Institution with 05 years experience. OR B.Com with 10 years experience as Accounts Officer for development and Project’s Accounts including foreign grants in the Health / Hospitals Departments.

5. Computer Operator

Minimum Graduate (Preferably 04 yrs. Graduation) in Computer Sciences / Mass Communication 01-02 years practical experience Good Typing Speed

6. Assistant

B.A./ B.Sc 5 years experience in office work, file work, noting drafting/ record keeping. He will assist in PMU work to the Assistant Director. He will perform the duties of noting/ drafting and record-keeping/ maintaining of files works etc.
