Positions Announced:
1. Manager Litigation
Duties / Responsibilities: The Litigation Manager shall be responsible for managing PCB’s adversarial proceedings and litigation. Duties and Responsibilities Effective management of Litigation and Arbitration proceedings before various forums. Monitors and ensures that the impact of litigation is identified and recorded. Identifies risks related to litigation and proposes solutions for risk management. Ensures accurate documentation of cases. Legal advice to all relevant stakeholders in relation to risks regarding litigation.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position and job: Undergraduate degree in law (Postgraduates will be preferred). Minimum 5 years experience working in the field of law. Litigation experience at national or international level; with a license to practice in local courts
Skills required for the following vacant position and job: Excellent legal writing skills Sound knowledge of litigation processes in local jurisdictions Strong understanding of local and international laws
