1. Shift Control Engineer

Qualification required for the following vacant positions: BS Engineer (Elect / Mech).

Skills required for the following vacant positions and jobs: The candidate should have fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Experience required for the following vacant positions: Preference will be given to the candidate having 5 years of experience in O&M as an engineer at a hydropower plant.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Responsible for the daily plant operation consistent with prudent operating practices. Supervise all aspects of the PHPP operations during assigned shifts and effectively provide direction to lower-level plant operators. Communicate/correspond with the system operator for the handling of notifications, dispatch instructions, or any other load curtailment. Ensure operational activities/records safely, effectively, and economically. Ability to understand written and oral instructions and comply with directives. Properly operate all equipment and machinery used in PHPP.
