Positions Announced: 

1. HEAD OF LABORATORY

Job Summary: The Head of Laboratory will supervise all the section of Laboratory and plays a vibrant role in the overall operations of the Laboratory. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the lab which includes instruments/equipment, users of the lab, supplies needed, staff training to ensure the smooth running of all the sections of the Laboratory.

Qualification / Experience required for the following position: The Ideal incumbent should be FCPS Microbiology / Biochemistry / Haematology or equivalent with 07 years Post fellowship experience out of which 03 years in Managerial capacity.

2. HEAD OF NURSING

Job Summary: The Head of Nursing will oversee all the Nursing Functions of the Hospital. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the daily activities & operations of the Nursing Services. The role encompasses supervising all nursing staff, looking after departmental needs, maintaining high standards of patient care, training & developing nursing staff to ensure best patient care practices. The incumbent will also superintend & closely monitor the matters related to the School of Nursing and Nursing Education Services.

Qualification / Experience required for the following position: The incumbent should be a qualified MSN or BSN from an accredited university with 10 years of experience out of which 05 years in the Management level position. Good communication skills, innovative insight of nursing legal regulation, practices, techniques & equipment, and capable of problem-solving.
