Job Description:
Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites applications for the following vacant posts.
1. Dean (5 years tenure)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: MBBS or Equivalent PMDC Recognized Qualification. American Board certification I MRCP, FRCS (CSST)/ FCPS or equivalent. More than 15 years’ experience of working as a consultant, with teaching and training. Experience in leading an ‘Academic Medical Institution’ will be preferred.
2. Hospital Director (5 years tenure)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: MBBS or Equivalent PMDC Recognized Qualification. Masters’ Degree in Hospital/ Healthcare Administration or equivalent recognized by the HEC/PMDC. More than 10 years’ experience of working at a senior management position including heading the ‘Management & Operations’ of a medium to large hospital preferably an academic institution. The exposure of working in the hospital of the developed world will be preferred.
3. Medical Director (5 years tenure)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: MBBS or Equivalent PMDC Recognized Qualification. American Board Certification / MRCP, FRCS (C SST)/ FC PS or equivalent. More than 10 years’ experience of working as a consultant, with teaching and training experience including leadership roles in department/ institution. Qualification in medical/health professional’s education will be a plus.
4. Nursing Director (5 years tenure)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Bachelors’ qualification in Nursing, recognized by PNC. Masters degree in Nursing (Ph.D. in Nursing will be preferred) recognized by PNC/HEC. More than 10 years of leadership experience in Nursing management in a medium to the large teaching hospital.
5. Finance Director (3 years tenure)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: CA (ICAP) or equivalent HEC recognized degree and Member of a recognized body of professional accountants. More than 10 years’ relevant experience, as a senior member of the management team in a major local or multinational organization. Exposure to the health sector will be preferred.
