Positions Announced:
1. System Administrator
MS/MCS/BS/BCS with at least 07-10 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent must provide support to IT infrastructure & Security, look after its maintenance support and ensure its compliance. Perform timely security up-gradation of systems. Must have hands-on experience on Windows Server, Virtualization (Hyper V), Clustering, Microsoft Exchange Server Administration, must know about Anti-Spam Email Security (Barracuda) System. Must be aware of Web/Domain Hosting, Microsoft System Center Administration (SCCM), Azure Administration, End Point Security System (Symantec On-Prem, Symantec Cloud & EDR) along with knowledge of NGFW UTM Firewall, Data Center Management Microsoft Cloud Service, Backup and Replication. Certificates in relevant skills set shall be an added advantage.
2. Deputy Manager Taxation
ACCA/CMA with at least 04-08 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent must have comprehensive knowledge of Tax Laws, Tax implication in a local and international context and have experience in Tax payment, handling related queries & its management (which includes cases of Income Tax, Advance Tax return, Provincial Taxes, Withholding Tax, Sales & other applicable Taxes) and have dealt with regulatory compliance of taxes, it is reporting to management and filing returns. Besides have actively remained involved in Income Tax Audits.
3. Deputy Manager Accounting
ACCA/CMA with at least 04-08 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent has to monitor monthly books of accounts of the company, monitor closing, and its related operations. Should have experience in preparation of company’s Financial Statements and its reporting to management, along with reviewing Fixed Asset registers and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
4. Software Engineer
MS/MCS/BS/BCS with at least 01-04 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent shall be responsible for program coding, testing, ensuring its successful implementation at different levels, and ensure maintaining software application development during various projects. Must be aware of program languages such as CU, VB .NET, Javascript Crystal Report, SQL Server, and/or have in-depth knowledge of SQL server environment, its documentation including preparation of user manuals. Hands-on experience in Mobile Application Development shall be an added advantage.
5. Officer Legal
LLB/MBA/MPA-(HR) with at least 01-03 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent shall be responsible for looking after various legal matters of the company and its cases, along with assistance for contract vetting, drafting, and coordination with lawyers for legal matters and consultation. Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills. Must be aware of legislation & legal affairs of corporates and manufacturing concerns.
6. Officer Customer Relation Center
B.Com with at least 01-03 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent must have experience in customer call handling and their queries for sales, marketing, and aftersales till their complete satisfaction. Must have experience in attending calls and registering complaints, taking post-service follow-ups, coordinating with dealers and customers for timely resolution of complaints. Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Having technical knowledge about automotive shall be an added advantage.
7. Officer Imports
B.E (Mech/Auto/IM/Metallurgy) with at least 01-03 years of relevant experience, MBA (Supply Chain) with at least 01-03 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent must have experience in executing imports operations, be aware of custom duties, have handled LC opening, and freight monitoring. Must know about parts ordering cycle and its costing along with all activities related to parts ordering cycle and its management till parts delivery.
8. Officer Infrastructure
B.E (Electrical) / B.Tech (Hons) (Electrical) with at least 02-05 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent must know about how to perform the project’s feasibility and load flow study, project execution, and ensure its complete monitoring. Must be aware of SLD’s Preparation, can individually carry out electrical work in plant and offices and monitor them. Must be aware of various technical drawings & designs to make the project
