Job Description:
Pak Datacom Limited (a subsidiary of Telecom Foundation) is a public listed company and one of the largest and most reliable data network operators in Pakistan. PDL requires services of a dynamic professional with sound experience for the post of Company Secretary (based in Islamabad) on a contract basis with the following qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive market-based salary package. Qualification / Experience required for the job: The candidate should be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants: or Recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries: or a person holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or Company being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Secretary Commission of Pakistan or In case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalence certificate from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. At least five years of relevant experience in a listed company.
