1. Senior Security Professionals
Qualification required for the following vacant position: The candidate should possess an advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent degree) in the disciplines of War and Defence Management, Strategy or related fields, preferably graduate of National Security Course/Armed Forces War Course. He should be capable of managing the security dynamics of a company having national-level Critical Infrastructure. The position can be placed anywhere in Pakistan and involves extensive traveling.
Experience required for the following vacant position: Minimum 20 years of color service and at least 5 years of managing security operations, in a senior security role in a large organization. Retired Officers of Armed Forces, of the rank of Brigadier or equivalent, with satisfactory retirement order, will be preferred.
Responsibilities: Capable of leading and directing large-scale security functions and operations. Capable of handling security-related operations, security policies, and plans with the ability to manage and foster multi-agency security coordination. Prepare security management documents, including all aspects related to elaboration, development, and implementation of the Business Continuity Plan. Capable of identifying trends of security and conducting the Security Risk Management (SRM) process, with or without the cooperation and collaboration of government authorities. Capable of monitoring activities related to the implementation of the approved security policies, plans, and systems. Capable of liaising, maintaining relations, cooperation, and collaboration with the government’s law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities. Capable of managing security budgetary provisions.
