Positions Announced:
1. Head of Nursing Education Services
Qualification required for the following vacant position and job: General Nursing, preferably MScN / BScN
Experience required for the following vacant position and job: Certified Trainer At least 10 years of practical experience in Nursing Training / Education Services
Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct Training-need Analysis, initiate, develop, coordinate and deliver comprehensive institution-wide nursing training. Develop nurses’ practical clinical skills for the workplace and a wide range of courses, for continuous professional development. Develop programs that evaluate and support safe and effective nursing practice. Should be able to identify training gaps of nurses and institute measures to train them. Work closely with clinical departments to determine & meet education and competency needs.
Nature and Duration of the job: The aforesaid appointment will be on an annual contract basis which may be extended subject to the performance of the employee.
