Also, Coordinating matters related to various mining leases held by the company. Documentation for filing new land acquisition cases with Directorate of Industries, Government of Punjab. The hiring of environment consultant(s) for obtaining environmental approvals of various company projects, from the Punjab Environment Protection Agency. Pursuing legal matters/litigations in various courts of law. Maintaining a record of agreements and contracts made between the company and other agencies and organizations. Promoting industrial relations and maintaining liaison with various Government departments/agencies. Any other tasks, as assigned by the Director of Corporate Affairs.
