Location: Quetta
Qualification / Experience: Master’s degree in social science, management sciences, and other related fields. 05 years of project management experience in leadership positions in livelihood, social mobilization, education, protection with special focus on Refugee Management and relationships
SKILLS AND COMPETENCE: Experience working with national NGO or haternationaldevelopment organization Plan, design and provide direct supervision of the implementation of project activities to ensure that deadlines are met and activities produce quality outputs Design and develop project strategies Help develop monitoring and evaluation tools for the project to ensure effective monitoring of each individual activity Conduct monthly and quarterly project planning, review and progress meetings with project team Keep in regular coordination with the project team and provide guidance on the project activities Maintain regular coordination and communication with donor, other partner organizations, consultants, NGOs, and community representatives to build and enhance their ownership Attend the relevant meetings, workshops forums to present the project achievements and successes Establish and manage relationships with partners and key stakeholders Support the project team in ensuring and maintaining comprehensive project documentation(including Activity, Monthly and Review Reports) Review and finalize the reports of key project activities Support the project team in designing and developing the training manuals Facilitate the workshops and events as part of the project activities Responsible for review meetings with senior management and donor Provide technical input on development, printing and dissemination of IEC material Ensure that project activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Undertake regular monitoring visits Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and meet agreed deadlines Knowledge of the role of ICTs in development Excellent budgetary and presentation skills Team player, self-motivated, ability to work with little supervision.
