Positions Announced:
1. ACCOUNTS STAFF
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant positions: The candidates must possess B.com/M com/M.Sc. (B.com) / M.B.A (Finance) / ACCA / CMA (Part-qualified) degree having at least four years post-qualification experience in handling the Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, Budget, Procurement, and Tax related matters. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for an interview.
2. Company Secretary
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position:
The candidate must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate or chartered secretaries or being a Law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Board procedures are followed, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and other relevant statements of best practice are complied with. The candidate will be responsible for liaison with the ministries, assembling meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, etc.), and providing support to committees constituted by the Board of Directors. The candidates with experience in Consultancy firms will be preferred. The maximum age limit for this position is 45 years.
