1. Finance Director 

JOB PROFILE:
Reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD) MEPCO and Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO. the incumbent shall be responsible for managing the entire financial and accounting functions of MEPCO including but not limited to the provision of appropriate advice to 130D on all financial matters. implementation of sound financial strategies/policies, computerized accounting and management information system, corporate planning, budgeting & funds management, risk management, debt management. maintaining an effective system of internal financial control, monitoring financial performance. proper financial & accounts record keeping, coordinating with NEPRA for Tariff Determination, and smooth functioning of ERP system. A proactive management style and experience of managing the “change” is a pre-requisite.
