Positions Announced: 

1. Site Manager / Supervisor (Construction)

Civil Engineer (BE), with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management and supervision related to design, development & construction processing sheds, buildings, research labs, and Instrument/equipment areas as per the requirement of the research organization. Responsibilities include managing construction projects, overseeing building work, undertaking surveys, setting out sites, checking compliance to technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly, supervising contracted staff and ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales, providing technical advice and solving problems on-site, preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials, ensuring compliance to health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation.

2. Sr. Research Officer

Ph.D. in the field of sciences as per the requirement of the project with an experience of a minimum of 5-10 years in handling research projects. The person must be able to handle scientific instruments including LC-MS, ICP-MS, GC-MS, qPCR, etc. Be well versant with the latest instrumental techniques, required for complete characterization of oils, fats, natural products, etc. along with the evaluation of scientific data. Knowledge of computer is essential.

3. Technician

i) DAE — Electrical with 3-5 years of industrial experience. Responsibilities will include carrying out maintenance of pilot plants and laboratories.

 i) DAE — Chemical with 3-5 years of industrial experience. Responsibilities will include carrying out maintenance of pilot plants and laboratories.

4. Heavy Machinery

Middle pass with 3-5 years experience in handling heavy-duty Agricultural Machinery. The person must have an active Driver’s license for Heavy-Duty Vehicle (HTV) and be able to handle heavy objects and machinery especially Harvesters, Tractors, and related accessories used in Agricultural/ Farm Machinery. Responsibilities include Handling agriculture/ farm machinery along with its repair and maintenance. Ensure equipment, accessories, and the worksite are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.

5. Security Guard

Middle pass with 3-5 years experience as a security guard.

6. Farmer / Gardner 

Primary / Literate. 10 years of experience
