Bachelors Degree in Engineering along with MBA from a reputed University of Pakistan recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). In the case of foreign qualifications, equivalence from HEC is to be provided. Must possess at least 20 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years experience of working at top management position or as head of reputable national/international engineering sector organization.
Description: Develop a strategic plan for the organization for approval of BOD. Implement the Vision, Mission, and Goals of the organization as outlined by the BOD. Provide inspired leadership; create a culture of performance, positive morale, and accountability in the organization. Lead development and execution of short and long-term operation policies and strategic plans for the organization and the engineering industry of Pakistan. Promote and inculcate innovative culture. Any other responsibility as assigned by the Board. Computer literacy is essential.
Duration of the appointment: The appointment of the CEO shall be on a contract basis for two years subject to one month’s notice from either side. He/She shall comply with all rules prescribed by the government for such positions.
Salary Package: A market-based competitive salary package will be offered to the selected candidate for which the MP-1 scale will be used for indicative purposes (Hiring will not be under MP Scale Policy).
Note: Experience means post-qualification experience. In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalency certificate from HEC must be provided. Candidates may attach copies of educational qualifications with the application form. Original must be presented at the time of interview. Candidates employed in Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Bodies should send their applications through the proper channels with NOC.
