At least second class Master’s degree in International Relations. Education, Science, Social Sciences or English. A higher degree from a recognized foreign university will is preferred. a. At least three years experience of working in or dealing with an international organization. UNESCO experience will be given preference. b. At least 05 years experience in the administration/ secretariat wort. c. At least two years of experience in the education sector. d. At-least 13 years’ professional experience.
Job Description: Coordinating, liaising, and assisting the members of the Pakistan Delegation to UNESCO’s General Conference and participants in other UNESCO activities, by providing professional and material support to fix their effective contribution and participation. Covering the proceedings and work of UNESCO’s General Conference and Executive Board including all important matters during the sessions. Preparing analytical briefs for Pakistan’s Executive Board Member on all issues and matters which fall within the purview of the Executive Board’s mandate. Assisting the Secretary-General. Pakistan National Commission for UNESCO (PNCU) in obtaining the technical support of UNESCO for Pakistan, which helps in attaining the objectives of our national programs. Taking care of predation, production, and dissemination of information material on UNESCO Projects. programs etc. intended for the member States, on a regular basis or as the occasion demands.
