Positions Announced:
1. CEO
The Candidate must possess at least 20 years of experience including at least 10 years working in the Power Sector, with at least 3 years experience at senior management positions: (if the applicant possesses experience of working in the Public Sector or Public Sector Company, his experience in a position of BS-20 or equivalent to BS-20 whether on the substantive basis or an additional charge or acting charge or look after basis or upgraded to BS-20, shall qualify as Senior Management Experience.) The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration/Public Administration or Management or Economics or Finance. Salary and allowances will be equivalent to MP-I Scale (at the initial stage) on a contract basis which shall not be governed by MP Scale policy. The serving employee will have to resign from his original job (if selected). The service contract shall be for a period of three (3) years based on an annual performance evaluation by the MEPCO Board of Directors.

Applicants shall submit the printed copy of the application submitted through courier service along with the following documents: Detailed CV, 4 Passport size photographs, Copy of CNIC. Declaration on Non Judicial stamp paper of requisite value, as per specimen available on the MEPCO Website. Copies of Degrees/Testimonials preferably verified by the Higher Education Commission or the professional body or association whichever is relevant. However, the verification process will be carried out for the selected candidates. All pages of the application shall be numbered and signed by the applicant. The applications must reach the below mentioned address on or before 20-12-2021. Incomplete applications in any respect or received after the due date will not be entertained and no claim whatsoever thereof will be acceptable.
