Note: The applicants of the Department of Health will process their applications through the proper channel along with the documents mentioned below and will only be entertained after the approval of Secretary Health GoAJ&K. Direct applications from DoH will not be entertained: Selected DOH employee draw their salary against their respective/substantive post of DOH. However, they may be entertained for teaching allowance as per policy/approval of Govt. of AJK. The selected must be physically present in the College/Hospital on duty for a minimum of six hours on every working day. Any duration less than six hours per day will be considered as part-time faculty as per PMC/PM&DC rules. This is not permissible under prevailing rules, therefor such faculty members will be marked absent from duty for the day. An incomplete application will not be entertained.

Application for each vacancy will be submitted separately/ envelope to be marked accordingly.
