Positions Announced:
1. Senior Legal Advisor (for Supreme Court)
Advocate (LLB or Bar-at-law) with minimum 5-years’ professional experience as advocate Supreme Court, and 20-years’ as advocate Civil Courts. The candidates having higher qualification and relevant experience shall be preferred.
2. Senior Legal Advisor (for High Courts)
Advocate (LLB or Bar-at-law) with minimum of 10-years’ professional experience as advocate High Court, and 12-years’ as advocating Civil court. The candidates having higher qualifications and relevant experience shall be preferred.
3. Legal Advisor (for Civil Courts)
Advocate (LLB or Bar-at-law) with minimum 07-years’ professional experience as advocate High Court, and 15-years’ as advocating Civil Courts. The candidates having higher qualifications and relevant experience shall be preferred.
4. Assistant Legal Advisors (for Civil Courts)
Advocate (LLB or Bar-at-law) with minimum 05- years professional experience as advocating High Court, and 10 years’ as advocating Civil Court. The candidates having higher qualifications and relevant experience shall be preferred.
Note: The legal advisors shall initially be appointed by the LDA for a contract period of 01 years, which may be extended (on yearly basis) up to 05-years, based on performance evaluation. However, the 05- years’ tenure shall not be extended.

LDA reserves the right to increase, decrease or totally withdraw the vacancies without assigning any reason. Applicants who have already applied through an advertisement dated 09.07.2021 need not to re-apply. Legal practitioners currently working in LDA are free to apply for these advertised posts.
