1. Director Accreditation and Assessment
Qualification required for the following vacant position: The candidate must hold a Ph.D. Degree in Business Administration / Management / Total Quality Management/ Project Management /equivalent from AACSB Ranked University. S/He should have a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the project management role and had been involved in the process, and policy development.
Skills required for the following vacant position: Understanding of university/ business school management. Effective communication and leadership skills. Exceptional planning and time management skills. Ability to work flexibly and manage a complex workload. Lead on school international accreditation process. Involve in strategic planning and develop the requirements of psychical, virtual, and financial resources for business schools as per the requirements of the accreditation body. Develop a comprehensive action plan for the business school to meet the accreditation standards. Proactively engage with policy, planning, and business intelligence teams to ensure key strategies and objectives are formulated, implemented, and monitored, in line with the school’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation as a part of the accreditation process. Manage the accreditation process. Develop knowledge of the aims and activities of other divisions and teams involved in the accreditation process.
