1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Qualification required for the following vacant position: BSc/ Be Electrical Engineering Graduate registered with PEC from HEC recognized University or from renowned foreign university (foreign qualification having recognition/equivalent by HEC). Additional qualification / degree in Business Administration or Project Management will be preferred.
Experience required for the following vacant position: Should have at least twenty (20) years of post-qualification experience in power sector including ten (10) years of experience in ENV transmission and grid networks. Out of total years of experience, minimum three (3) years experience is required at senior management and leadership positions (equivalent to BPS-20). Must have demonstrated experience of Project Management, Execution & Operation of at least two (2) 500 KV transmission line projects in the capacity of project lead or equivalent.
Skills required for the following vacant positions and jobs: Effective communicator with the ability to lead, meet set targets and explore business opportunities by adopting suitable means to address emerging challenges. Shall have a solid understanding of Electric power market, National Electricity policy 2021, well conversant with NEPRA Act, Rules and Regulations with ability to strategite company vision. Should possess strong Project Management skills for on time completion of projects, as per the company business plan.
Salary Package / Scale: MP-1 Scale of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
