Positions Announced:
1. MANAGER (Corporate Affairs)
MBA M.Sc / LLM or Equivalent (Preferably from Foreign University) At least 10 Years Experience of Corporate Affairs in Reputable Organization Conversant with Companies Act, Trade / Commercial Laws, SECP Rules & Code of Corporate Governance Ability to handle Board / AGMs / Committees Meeting, Publication of Brochures/ Documentaries & Advertisements Experience of Compliance i.e Govt Audits, Regulators like SECP, KCCI, etc. Proficient in MS Office, ERP & Verbal / ‘Written Communication Skills
2. MANAGER (Legal Affairs)
LLM or Equivalent (Preferably from Foreign University). Must be a Practicing Member ” Registered Advocate of Bar Council and High Courts of Pakistan. 8-10 Years Experience in Legal support on Corporate / Labour / Employees matters. Good Knowledge of the application of the Company Act. Contract Act, SIRA, Standing Orders Act, PPRA. Labour Codes (Wages Act, WPPF, etc.) Experience in Compliance i.e Govt Audits. Regulators like SECP, KCCI, etc. Conversant with Scrutiny of Contracts, Deeds, Title Documents of Properties. Monitoring of Civil / Criminal / Tax Litigation & Judicial Proceedings Proficient in MS Office, ERP & Verbal / Written Communication Skills
3. ASSISTANT MANAGER (Tech)
BE (Mech) / DAE (Mechanical). Minimum 05 years experience in the relevant field in a reputable organization. Candidates having experience in ship repair will be given preference.
