1. Pilot BPS – 09

Master Mariner (Foreign-going Ships) duly endorsed under STOW Convention 1995 with at least 03 years command experience onboard sea-going vessels and 05 years as Mate / Chief Officer

2. Tug Commander BPS – 19

Master Mariner (Foreign-going Ships) duly endorsed under STOW Convention 1995 with 10 years experience onboard sea-going vessels out of which at least 03 years as Master Mariner

3. Certified Engineer BPS – 18

Valid First Class Certificate of Competency (Motor / Diesel) duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 5 years watchkeeping and maintenance of diesel engines experience onboard Marine Crafts after acquiring of 1st Class Certificate of Competency of 5 years with reputable marine workshop

4. Tug Commander BPS – 18

Valid Class-II Deck Certificate of Competency of Chief Mate duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 03 years experience of sailing onboard foreign-going ships as Mate

5. Assistant Dock Master BPS – 17

2nd Mate Certificate of Competency or equivalent with at least 03 years experience as 2nd Mate on board sea-going vessels.

6. Marine Engineer BPS – 17

MOT Class-II with valid Certificate of Competency duly endorsed under STCW Convention-1995 with 2 years relevant experience
