Positions Announced:
1. Project Director / Coordinator
At least 2nd Class B.E (Civil) from HEC recognized University / Institution with valid PEC registration. Preference will be given to those having 1st class degree. Additional qualifications will be given due weightage. At least 10 years’ professional experience in the implementation of large projects (Including design) having worked with multinational companies of International repute or worked with Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous organizations. Proven managerial capabilities in Supervision of Construction of Building works, infrastructure, and other related works. Proven Experience of Rules/regulations Government contracting procedures for tendering, evaluation execution and procurement, etc. Proven Experience working through the Consultant & contractor supervision and preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports. Candidates having Experienced with Public Sector Universities will be preferred. Well-versed in PEC, PPRA, SPPRA, Planning Commission, Finance and Project Management, and other Government rules/ procedures prescribed for the development projects. Successful Candidates will be responsible for the implementation/execution of all components of the development project as per PC-I provision and as prescribed ToR/Guidelines of Planning Commission of Pakistan.
2. Office Assistant
At least 2nd Class Bachelor Degree from HEC recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to those having 1st class degree. Additional qualifications will be given due weightage. At least 2 years experience in any Public/Private organization related to Project Documentation. Having sound knowledge of Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Letter Drafting Skills.
