Positions Announced:
1. Director IT:
Master’s Degree / MS in IT / Software Engg. / Systems or equivalent, from reputed foreign or HEC-recognized institution Experience in analysis and implementation of ERPs. Minimum 15 years of experience. Excellent understanding of computer systems, databases, networks, and communication systems. Hands-on experience in Java, MySQL, and JavaScript, etc. Certifications in relevant disciplines. Experience in controlling IT budget. Sound knowledge of security protocols and threats. Outstanding communication skills. Experience in heading the I.T department. Possess Team Management skills. Ensure smooth and seamless operations of all I.T services. Ensure adequate security and integrity of I.T assets.
2. Business Analyst:
Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Business Analysis related major, from reputed foreign or HEC-recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of experience. Ability to analyze existing business processes, develop use cases, prepare system flow, context diagrams (0-2 level DFD), and carry out BPR, BPI in consultation with the domain experts. Competent to prepare software design documents (HLR. BRS, RSD, and SIRS) on the basis of BPR. Ability to sense the agility of business requirements and convert it to SIRS. Capability to provide guidance for software development, perform QA/QC and UAT of the new modules and changes.
3. Course Coordinator Cum PRO:
Applicants must have a graduate degree with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or the 2nd division from any HEC recognized university or a foreign university of good standing. Minimum 1 year of experience. Applicants must have good communication skills. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English and Urdu or Sindhi. Applicants must have command over digital marketing and social media.
