The Human Resource Development Center (HRDC), is a training, research & consultancy center of I MSciences Peshawar.HRDC-IMSciences requires the services of qualified & experienced staff in Newly Merged Districts (NMDs’)of Kpk.
Positions Vacant:
1. Project Manager
Qualification / Experience: 07 to 08 years’ experience in Relevant Field Masters Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management or relevant qualification.
Description: Supervision and project management of the PTC training component, inclusive of all relevant coordination with districts and departments.
2. Finance Manager
Qualification / Experience: 07 to 08 years’ experience in Relevant Field MS Finance, MBA Finance, M. Corn, CA, ACCA or relevant qualification.
Description: The Finance Manager will ensure supervision and management of the financial process, compliance to rules in financial management and procurement, as well as ensuring timely and accurate funds request, forecasting and disbursement of funds for the program. S/he will LEAD all finance and admin staff to support carrying out all actions.
3. Project Officer
Qualification / Experience: 03 to 05 years’ experience in Relevant Field Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management or relevant qualification.
Description: Support in supervision and management of PTC training, progress reporting, reporting on the dashboard, and coordination with the field as well as supervision of the M&E process on the field.
4. Finance Assistant
Qualification / Experience: 03 to 05 years’ experience in Relevant Field MBA Finance, BBA Finance, BS Finance, M. Com, B. Com, CA Inter or relevant qualification.
Description: The Finance / Accounts Assistant will complete standard financial documents (vouchers, wire transfer requests, checks, Cash forecasts, etc.) following a sample template with prescribed guidelines and circulate as needed. Provide administrative and clerical support for financial transactions processing. Prepare, type, photocopy, and scan related documentation. Perform data entry for financial transactions recording, following validation by the next-level Finance staff. Keep custody of various documents (e.g. bank/undelivered checks), etc.
5. Admin/Logistics Assistant (Central, North & South)
Qualification / Experience: 03 to 05 years’ experience in Relevant Field MBA, BBA, BS Management or relevant qualification.
Description: Admin Logistics Assistants will be responsible for the coordination of all logistics effort, cash/check handling, distributions from the main office and in the field.
6. Training Coordinators / M&E
Qualification / Experience: 03 to 05 years’ experience in Relevant Field Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management or relevant qualification.
Description: All PTC training coordination in the field. Serve as Tot for Master Trainers for on job support, carryout M&E and reporting. Ensure to be a resource person for training on engineering design and construction supervision for one day each at the training session.
