Positions Announced:

1. Project Officer

Qualification / Experience required for the following position: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Communication with 4 to 5 years experience of supporting HR managers across departments at different levels. Responsible for HR functions including general staff communication, recruitment, complaint handling, tracking staff progress, and maintaining records.

2. Project Associate

Qualification / Experience required for the following position: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communication discipline with 2 to 3 years related work experience. Must have the ability to coordinate and handle HR functions including general staff communication, staff grievances, letter preparation, maintaining accurate records, files, and reports.

General Criteria for All Positions:

Good command of computer skills (MS Office package) Must have the ability to work under stressful situations on multiple assigned tasks within specified deadlines. Good interpersonal communication and analytical skills Willing to travel extensively and work independently.
