The government of Sindh invites applications for its ongoing project of 3 years duration titled ” Establishment of Division Record Offices”. The qualification and experience required for the job are mentioned below:
Positions Vacant:
1. Assistant Director
Basic Pay Scale: Equivalent to BS – 17
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Hyderabad / Mirpur Khas
Qualification / Experience required: Bachelor’s Degree / Project Management and monitoring experience.
2. Record Assistant
Basic Pay Scale: Equivalent to BS – 14
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Hyderabad / Mirpur Khas
Qualification / Experience required: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in the relevant field with 3 years of experience.
3. IT Assistant
Basic Pay Scale: Equivalent to BS – 14
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Hyderabad / Mirpur Khas
Qualification / Experience required: Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Diploma in DIT, Different Courses Diploma, 3 years of relevant experience.
4. Data Entry Operator
Basic Pay Scale: Equivalent to BS – 12
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Hyderabad / Mirpur Khas
Qualification / Experience required: Certificate in Computer Science with Intermediate or equivalent, eligibility and skilled in Microsoft Word, MS Powerpoint, etc. Typing speed of 40 wpm.
5. Archives Assistant
Basic Pay Scale: Equivalent to BS – 12
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Hyderabad / Mirpur Khas
Qualification / Experience required: 5 years of experience in Archival Record Management. Graduate Degree with a diploma in Archival Management.
6. Record Sorter
Basic Pay Scale: Equivalent to BS – 07
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Hyderabad / Mirpur Khas
Qualification / Experience required: Intermediate, preference would be given to the candidate having relevant experience.
7. Assistant Binder
Basic Pay Scale: Equivalent to BS – 05
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Hyderabad / Mirpur Khas
Qualification / Experience required: Intermediate with 3 years of experience.
8. Dispatch Rider
Basic Pay Scale: Equivalent to BS – 04
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Hyderabad / Mirpur Khas
Qualification / Experience required: Matric, valid motorbike driving license. Able to maintain a logbook.
9. Chowkidar
Basic Pay Scale: Equivalent to BS – 01

Qualification / Experience required: Literate
10. Driver
Basic Pay Scale: Equivalent to BS – 04
