1. Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
Qualification / Experience required for the following job: M.Sc. in Social Sciences’Development Studies’Rural Development: 15 years of post-M.Sc. experience. at least 5 years of which should be in the public-private sector and/or development sector: Ph.D. relevant fields is an advantage: Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of local languages is an advantage: Familiarity with various methods of quantitative and qualitative methods of M&E including those of participatory nature. Experience in community-driven development projects funded by international donors: General understanding of IWRM principles and their implication on natural resources use. Awareness and understanding of Pakistan’s national water resources development strategy; Experience in the soco-economic development of Balochistan is an advantage.
