Job Description:
Golden Pearl Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd is an emerging name of cosmetics world and the largest manufacturing facility of beauty cream, skincare and a wide range of facial items functioning from Lahore, needs energetic persons having experience of the cosmetics industry, against following vacant positions.
Positions Vacant:
1. Industrial Planner
Responsibilities: The candidate should be responsible for RM/PM production& dispatch planning. Will work in close coordination for managing equipment allocations In manufacturing & filling/packing area & will ensure timely planning of deliveries within the supply chain, optimize inventory planning to meet service, identify deficiencies and propose solutions.
Qualification / Experience and Skills required for the job: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering. Proficiency in MS Office, good arithmetical and data analysis skills, proficient in planning software & experience of running SAP.
2. Packaging Development Manager
Responsibilities: The candidate should be responsible for the end-to-end development of primary & secondary packaging material. This includes design, development, material selection, making of packaging for a variety of cosmetic products, PM specifications. He will be responsible for planning, supervising, training & running trials of newly developed PM on the floor. He will be involved in the evaluation, negotiations and PM supplier selection.
Qualification / Experience and Skills required for the job: The candidate should have an engineering degree or Science graduate having good communication & negotiation skills, innovative in PMdesigning, the experience of data analysis and running SAP.
3. Environment, Health, and Safety Manager
Responsibilities: The candidate should be responsible for maintaining a hygienic & hazard-free environment as per statutory requirement at factory/office premises, take appropriate measures including provision of training/awareness to concerned staff for human safety/health issues & ensure the compliance as per requirements of ISO standards.
Qualification / Experience and Skills required for the job: Chemical Engineers/Master in Chemistry withlOSH or NEBOSH Certification and having 4-5 yrs. experience in the same position may get preference.
