Positions Announced:
1. Deputy General Manager Accounts
Duties / Responsibilities: Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes. Supervise all accounting transactions including payable, payments, and receivables. Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available. Manage all internal and external stakeholders such as procurement, branches, govt. authorities, marketing, vendors, and receivables & also coordinate and resolve outstanding issues. Branches accounting management and reconciliations. Prepare cash budget, monthly fund requirements and manage the company’s working capital. Contribute to the timely preparation of annual budgets and variance reporting. Preparation of periodic management reports. Supervise month and year-end reconciliations of trial balance Analyze receivables and vendor age analysis and perform Vendor and receivables reconciliations. Responsible for compliance with sales tax and income tax withholding. Ensure compliance with SOP’s and internal control policies Supervise CAPEX and OPEX transactions.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position and job: ACMA / CA / ACCA / MBA (Other Equivalent Degree in Accounting / Finance) 10 years with at least 5 years in a managerial role in a manufacturing concern.
Skills required for the following vacant position and job: Good knowledge of Income-tax. Sales Tax. IFRS and Company Law. Experience on SAP B1 is a plus.
