Location of the following vacant position: Islamabad
Qualification required for the following vacant position: University degree (Masters’ or Bachelors’ degree) in environmental studies, political science, climate change, policy management, public finance, public administration, or related fields from a recognized institution.
Experience required for the following vacant position: At least 10 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the development sector and/ or research-related position and/ or international or national non-Governmental Organisation Long-lasting experience in the public sector in Pakistan related to public planning, budgeting, and development of investment projects at the national and/or provincial levels, including of provincial governance structures and coordination between federal and provincial governments. Experience with climate change-related questions beneficial but not a must Experience in the agriculture sector or in other sectors related to climate change adaptation in Pakistan Experience in implementing projects for local communities in Pakistan.
