Positions Vacant:
1. Deputy Registrar
Scale: BPS – 18
Qualification / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (at least 2″ Division) from a recognized University with seven years’ relevant office experience including at least three years’ experience in scale 17 in a public sector University or Government or Semi-Government Department. OR Master’s Degree (at least second division) from recognized University with nine years’ relevant experience in a public sector University or Government or Semi-Government Department.
2. Deputy Treasurer
Scale: BPS – 18
Qualification / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (at least second division) from recognized University with seven years’ experience including at least three years’ experience in Scale BPS-17 in a public sector University or Government or Semi-Government Department. OR Master’s Degree (at least second division) from recognized University with nine years’ relevant experience in a public sector University or Government or Semi-Government Department.
3. Assistant Treasurer
Scale: BPS – 17
Qualification / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (at least 2″ division) from a recognized university with five years’ office experience including at least three years’ experience in Scale 16 in a University or a Government or Semi-Government Organization or Educational Institute. OR Master’s Degree (at least 2″ Division) from recognized University with seven years’ relevant experience in a public sector University or Government or Semi-Government Department.
4. Assistant Controller of Examination
Scale: BPS – 17
Qualification / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (at least 2″ division) from a recognized university with five years’ office experience including at least three years’ experience in Scale 16 in a University or a Government or Semi-Government Organization or Educational Institute
OR Master’s Degree (at least 2″ Division) from recognized University with seven years’ relevant experience in a public sector University or Government or Semi-Government Department.
5. Assistant Registrar
Qualification / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (at least 2nd division) from a recognized university with five years’ office experience including at least three years’ experience in Scale 16 in a University or a Government or Semi-Government Organization or Educational Institute. OR Master’s Degree (at least 2″ Division) from recognized University with three years’ relevant experience in a public sector University or Government or Semi-Government Department
6. Assistant Engineer / SDO
Qualification / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (at least 2nd Division) in Civil Engineering from recognized University or an equivalent qualification with three years’ experience of professional work (in the relevant field). First-class three years’ diploma in civil with 10 years’ experience or professional work.
