Positions Announced: 

1. Consultant Horticulture

(i) 16 years Degree in Horticulture or Minimum B.Sc. Agriculture (major in Horticulture) from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan; (ii) Minimum 10 years experience in landscaping, teaching & research, farm management, development of new areas, olericulture & pomology. (iii) Higher qualifications will be preferred.

2. Research Assistant

(1) 16 years degree (at least Division) in Biochemistry or Medical Lab Technology (M LT) from HEC recognized institute or University. (ii) Minimum one-year research experience in any diagnostic lab would be preferred.

3. Supervisor Horticulture & Landscaping

Bachelor’s degree (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

4. Driver LTV

(i) Secondary School Certificate (second division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; (ii) valid Light Transport Vehicle license and Public Service Vehicle driving license; and (iii) five years post qualification driving experience.

5. Carpenter

(i) Secondary School Certificate (second division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; and (ii) diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institute.

6. Bus Driver

(i) Middle or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; (ii) valid Heavy Transport Vehicle license and Public Service Vehicle driving license; and (iii) five years post qualification driving experience.

7. Tractor Driver

(i) Middle or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; (ii) Valid Commercial Tractor Trolley driving license; and (iii) five years post qualification driving experience.

Candidates applying against below BS-14 are required to submit one hard copy (duly signed) of Urdu translated application form available in the download section on (www.gcwut.edu.pk). Urdu translated application forms are also available at a university reception. All applicants are required to submit three hard copies of application forms along with an updated CV, attested copies of HEC recognized degrees, DMCs, 1.D. card, result cards, certificates, testimonials, and photographs (1×1). experience certificate (if applicable) & NOC (from an existing job, if any), request for age relaxation (if required) as per service statutes of the University.
