Positions Announced:
1. Chief Supply Chain Officer
Qualification / Experience: Very successful track record of cost avoidance and savings. Proven and recent experience in using technology and innovation to increase efficiency and productivity. Strong commercial negotiation skills with partners and suppliers. Crisis management skills – dealing with disruptions and issues swiftly and effectively. Should be dynamic, flexible, and cognizant of the changes in the environment and technological advancements, focused, with a hands-on approach, leads from the front, builds teams, can follow up strongly, and is driven by goals. Minimum 16 years of education, from a renowned and HEC, recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree awarding institution, in any or a combination of the disciplines of Engineering, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Minimum 18 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 7 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below. Proven track record of the demonstrated capability to lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain leadership including planning, warehousing, logistics, and customer service. Excellent leadership, team building, analytical, strategic thinking, decision making, communication and interpersonal skills, and out-of-the-box orientation. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify emerging issues, analyze potential impacts, and translate ideas and insights into viable recommendations for action. Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Manage through ambiguity and uncertainty, and drive clarity in complex projects and situations. The candidate should not be more than 55 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application.
