The application must be submitted in the prescribed applications performa which can be obtained from the Medical Superintendent Office DHQ Teaching Hospital Gujranwala. Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab. Attested copies of educational qualification certificates (Matric, FSc & MBBS along with each year’s transcript), experience certificate, two latest passport size photographs, domicile certificate, and CNIC must be attached with the application form and must reach the office of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Teaching Hospital Gujranwala by 10-12-2021 till office working hours. All applicants are directed to follow the COVID-19 SOPs at the time of interview. The competent Authority is authorized for any change of schedule. The employees of Government/ Semi government/ autonomous bodies should apply through their respective departments with NOCs. Recruitment shall be made according to the existing policy of the Government of the Punjab and all quotas shall apply.
