1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Profile: CFO shall lead the financial team of the Company and shall be responsible for ensuring that appropriate advice is given to the Board on all financial matters; for keeping proper financial records and accounts; for maintaining an effective system of internal financial control; for taking an effective part in ERP implementation; for keeping close liaison with various stakeholders including audits, ministries; for representing Company at various forums; for dealing with Regulator; have excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and ‘presentation skills; etc.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: The candidate must be a Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants with at least ten (10) years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Age limit required for the following vacant position: Maximum 55 years on the last date of receipt of application.
Salary Package of the job: Competitive salary package commensurate with the qualification and experience.
Duration of the Contract: The contract will be initially for a period of two years extendable subject to satisfactory performance & job requirements.
