Positions Announced:
1. Member (Infrastructure) (MP-1 Scale)
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: Have an advanced degree with a minimum of sixteen years’ education, preferably a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering with a Master of Business Administration, Civil Engineering with Water Transportation or Highway Engineering or any other relevant field from a reputed national or international university or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Having a minimum of fifteen years of distinguished professional career at the national or international level including five to ten years of managerial experience of policymaking in a relevant field in public or private sector or multi-national organizations. A sound understanding of Government Management systems would be an advantage.
Duration of appointment: The term of appointment is four (04) years and shall be eligible for re-appointment for one similar term, subject to satisfactory performance. The individual will cease to hold the post on completion of the term of appointment or attaining the age of sixty-five (65) years whichever is earlier.
