Job Description:
Bolan University of Medical and Health Sciences, Quetta invites applications from the Pakistani nationals (Male / Female) for following faculty positions (Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and Senior Lecturers) in the given subjects/disciplines.
Positions Vacant:
1. Professor
(Anatomy. Physiology, Biochemistry. Pharmacology, Histopathology, Forensic Medicine, Microbiology, Hematology & Chemical Pathology)
Qualification / Experience: MBBS medical duly recognized registered Basic Required Postgraduate (Additional) Qualification Level III qualification in the relevant subject Required Experience At least three years as Associate Professor in the respective subject. OR Nine years teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in the respective subject. Required Research Publications Three (03) research publications as Associate Professor are required in the relevant subjects. Only original articles published in PMDC/HEC recognized medical journals shall be accepted. Dissertation/Thesis will not be counted. (A total of at least eight (08) research publications, of which three published during the last three years, are required. Only an original article published in HEC/PMDC recognized medical journal shall be acceptable).
2. Associate Professor
(Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine, Histopathology, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemical Pathology & Community Medicine)
Qualification / Experience: MBBS or Equivalent medical qualification duly recognized/registered by PMDC PM&DC recognized Level II b or Level III Qualifications in respective basic subjects Or Equivalent PM&DC Level II b or Level III qualifications in the respective specialty recognized 1 registered by PM&DC Five years teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in the relevant subject. Three( 03) research publications as Assistant Professor are required in the relevant subjects. Only original articles published in PMDC / HEC recognized medical journals shall be accepted. Dissertation/Thesis will not be counted. (A total of five (05) research publications, of which three published as Assistant Professor, are required. Only an original article published in HEC I PMDC recognized medical journal shall be acceptable)
3. Assistant Professor
a.Medicine (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine, Histopathology, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemical Pathology. Clinical Hematology & Community Medicine)
Qualification / Experience: MBBS or Equivalent medical qualification duly recognized/registered by PMDC
PM&DC recognized Level-II b or Level -III Qualification in respective basic subjects or Equivalent PM&DC Level II b or Level III qualifications in the respective specialty recognized/registered by PM &DC (NB. For Clinical Hematology: PM&DC level III Qualification in a respective subject like F.C.P.S /M.S/M.D OR Other equivalent Level Ill qualifications in the specialty approved by SRC and recognized/ registered by the PM&DC.)
a.Dental (Oral Biology, Oral Pathology, Community Dentistry I Preventive and Public Health)
Qualification / Experience: BDS or Equivalent Dental qualification duly recognized/registered by PMDC Holders of MPH or equivalent qualification with other nomenclature in the subject of Community Medicine / Public Health are ineligible for appointment as Faculty Members in Community Dentistry.
4. Senior Lecturer
(Anatomy, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Histopathology, Hematology, Chemical Pathology & Community Medicine)
Qualification / Experience: MBBS or Equivalent medical qualification duly recognized/registered by PMDC PM&DC recognized Level-II b or Level -III Qualification in respective basic subjects or Equivalent PM&DC Level II b or Level III qualifications in the respective specialty recognized I registered by PM&DC
