Qualification / Experience required for the job: M.Sc in Social Sciences/Development Studies/Rural Development, 15 years of post-M.Sc experience. at least 5 years of which thou Id be in the public/private sector and/or development sector, Ph.D. in relevant fields is an advance Cage, Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of local languages is an advantage: Familiarity with various methods of quantitative and qualitative methods of M&E including those of participatory nature. Experienced in community-driven development projects funded by international donors:, General understanding of IWRM principles and their implication on Natural Resources use: Awareness and understanding of Pakistan’s national water resources development strategy; Experience in the socio-economic development of Balochistan is an advantage.
