INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

17. GM-Infra: BE Civil Engineering with 15-20 years of relevant Project Management experience. Preferably experience of wonting in infrastructure *work of mega housing project.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

18. GM Construction: B E Civil Engineering with 15-20 years experience preferably in Building Construction. Strong communication. people management skills and strong project management skills.

STRUCTURE

19. GM Structure: Master’s in Structural Engineering with 15-29 years of relevant experience. Strong communication. people management skills and strong project management skills

FINISHING

20. GM Finishing: B.E Civil Engineering with 15-20 years experience preferably in Building Construction & Finishing. Strong communication, people management skills, and strong project management sales.

ON QC

21. GM ON QC: B.E Civil Engineering with 10-15 years of relevant experience of managing 0A/OC Department of mega homing projects. excellent analytical and technical skills

PURCHASE

22. GM Purchase: Master’s’ Bachelor’s Degree with 12-15 years of experience of Procurement/ Supply Chain for a reputable housing society. Col. retired from Ordnance Corps of Pak Army with the good physical condition would be preferred.

INTERNAL AUDIT

27. GM Internal Audit: CA/ CA (Finalist) with 10-15 years of relevant experience Ability to handle the team. It can operate independently and in a team Preferably experience of working in a big construction setup.

GM ICT

28. GM ICT: MCS/ BCS 12-15 years experience Ability to lead a team and effective time management stun Process re-engineering of systems on a large scale.
