1. General Manager Security
Location of the jobs: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
The number of jobs: 1 vacant position
Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for effective monitoring, coordination, and management of security services. Plan, develop, and implement security Plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management. Investigate security lapses and recommend specific actions for preventing recurrence. Remain in constant touch with all clients by physical meetings and generate reports on a regular basis for senior management on security status. Analyze data to form proposals for improvements in the expansion of business development. Business plan and development for expansion of Guarding Services / CIT.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: Graduate / Post Graduate from HEC recognized University / Institution, Supplemented with security Management preferably military Organization Certificate. o Preferred Retired Armed Forces personnel, not below the rank of Col / Lt Col / Major. Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal leadership skills, and problem-solving approaches. At least 15-20 years of relevant experience in handling security issues.
Duration of the contract: The selected candidate will be offered a 2 years employment contract (extendable with mutual consent) with a market-based salary and other benefits commensurate with qualification. experience and company policy.
