Positions Announced:
1. Deputy Director (Planning) (Maximum age limit is 60 years & monthly salary package is Rs: 75,000/- to 125.000/-).
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Planning (preferably in City (Urban) and Regional / Economic Developmental Planning and Management) or equivalent from a recognized university. Having at least 10 years of relevant work experience in reputed organizations. Full understanding of the Master Planning of the Mega-City Projects. Full knowledge of local, National, and International Building & Urban Planning Standards. Having excellent computer (AutoCAD, MS Office, and GIS), communication and team-building skills. Registered member of PCATP.
2. Associate Engineer (Civil) (Maximum age limit is 50 years & monthly salary package is Rs: 40,000/- to 65,000/-).
Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil) from a recognized university/ institute. Having at least 10 years of relevant work experience in reputed organizations. Knowledge and job experience in Designs, Drawings. Cost Estimates, Surveys, Drafting and Construction Techniques for Bridge/ Expressways/ Infrastructure. Having excellent computer (MS Office & AutoCAD) and Communication skills.
3. Estate Officer (Maximum age limit is 65 years & Monthly salary package is Rs:40,000/- to 65,000/-). Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university At least 15 years of experience in Revenue Department / Board of Revenue, Government of Sindh as Mukhtiarkar. Having computer and communication skills.
