1. Principal

Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic plan to ensure the college’s long-term success. Oversee academic programs to ensure they meet high standards of quality and relevance. Foster a positive learning environment that supports student success. Recruit, train, and supervise faculty and staff. Develop relationships with community stakeholders. including businesses and other educational institutions. Efficiently deal with the requirements of the franchiser. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualification / Experience required for the following position: Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in educational leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a senior management position. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire faculty. staff, and students.
