Reporting to the Manager HR & Admin, the Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to the office. She will be in charge of giving directions to clients to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.

Qualification required for the following vacant position and job: Minimum 14 years of education in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience required for the following vacant position and job: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Experience as a receptionist in a reputed organization will be preferred.
