The position is responsible for • Overall direction and leadership aimed at achieving the organization’s philosophy, vision, mission, values, strategy, and operational goals and objectives. • Developing a strategic plan to enhance revenue, profitability, and growth of AR The position is responsible for leading, scaling and operationalizing the people, structures, partnerships, and program needed to execute SSGC AE’s strategy for maximum impact. • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships and partnerships with businesses and federal and local governments. and community to maximize impact and achieve major business targets.
Qualification / Experience: The candidate should be an eminent professional of known integrity and competencies having Engineering and Business Management degrees from a recognized/accredited university/institution by RFC. Candidates with degrees from foreign universities will be an added advantage The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of senior management experience preferably in the Energy Sector with a proven track record of successfully managing large teams toward a common vision and purpose.
