The Government of Sindh has planned an intervention, titled the “Human Capital Project-Sindh Integrated Health and Population Program,” co-financed by the World Bank (WB) and Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) to improve the utilization and quality of RMNCAH+N Services, for a poor and vulnerable population, especially adolescent girls and women of Child-Bearing Age (CBA) in targeted areas of Sindh and to address social determinants of health i.e. poverty, inequity, gender-based violence, women empowerment (including women economic empowerment), awareness and engagement of communities through Social and Behaviour Change Communications (SBCCs). The Health Department invites applications from qualified candidates having domicile in Sindh Province for the contract positions in the Project Management Unit of Sindh Human Capital Investment – 1000 Days Integrated Health and Population Program initially for a period of three years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
