Positions Announced:
1. Jr. Stenographer
1) Graduate from a recognized University at least in the 2nd Division. 2) Certificate in English Shorthand and Typing from SBTE / STEVTA or from an Institute recognized by the Board of Technical Education. 3) Speed of 120 and 35 words per minute in English Shorthand and Typing respectively. 4) Certificate in M.S Office from a recognized Institute.
2. Narcotics Inspector
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University at least in 2nd Division Physical Fitness / Standard MALE: Minimum Height of 5’5″ and chest measurement 33″ with expansion of 1-1/2″ (34’5″). One Mile running in 8 minutes. FEMALE: Minimum Height of 5’2″ and 800 meters running in 8 minutes.
3. Computer Operator
1) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University at least in the 2nd Division with one year Diploma in Computer Science from an institute recognized by the Board of Technical Education Sindh. 2) One year of experience in a relevant field.

Applicants should submit their applications to the Secretary Excise Taxation & Narcotics Control Sindh Secretariat No.2 (Tughlaque House) Karachi for each category of post separately. Interested candidates must submit the following copies of documents duly attested with their applications:-
1) Name 2) Father’s Name 3) Academic / Technical Qualifications. 4) Date of Birth and Address. 5) Domicile / PRC 6) Two latest passport size photos (duly attested), 7) CNIC and 8) Previous experience, 9) Sukkur IBA Test Score copy & Candidate Admit Slip, if any. All documents must be attested.
The general upper Age Relaxation limit will be permissible as per the policy of the Government. The posts will be filled in on Urban / Rural quota and as per prescribed rules of the Government of Sindh.
