The Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) was established under the Sindh Education Act, of 1992 as a semi-autonomous organization with a mandate to work for the promotion and development of education in Sindh. On behalf of the Sindh Education Foundation, the Premier DLC Pvt Ltd is looking to engage passionate, committed, and qualified graduates to work as Teaching Support Associates (TSAs) to sustain the quality reforms in SEF Schools located in different districts in Sindh.

Positions Announced:

1. Teaching Support Associates

Age: 22-35 years. Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University. Domicile: Sindh. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Government employees may apply through the proper channels by getting NOC first from the concerned authority. Leadership skills.  Passion for Education. Willingness to travel if required. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Commitment to working in a challenging environment

Role & Responsibilities of TSAs:

Detail role of the TSA would be given in the Job Description to be issued after final selection. Moreover, a brief outline is given below;

• Teach at Foundation Assisted Schools/ centers

• Work for improving the Student’s Learning Outcomes

• Provide Classroom Support to teaching staff & mentoring

• Support the School Management for improving overall school management

• Involved in Community Engagement Activities arranged by the school

• Conduct sessions for the Continuous Professional Development of Teaching Staff
