Masters / Bachelor’s (Preferred). Minimum 10 years of managerial level experience in a 5-Star property or equivalent. Ability to work in different work situations. In-depth knowledge of hospitality Groups.

2. Restaurant Manager

At least Five years of a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. Stress management / composure. Proven leadership and time management skills. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and procedures.

3. Assistant Restaurant Manager

At least 3 years of Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a restaurant. Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development. Excellent conflict resolution abilities.

4. Order Taker / Waiters

Intermediate. Matric. 5 years Experience as a Waiter.
